How long have you been together?
We’ve been together for 3 years!

Jim proposed on December 20th (a random Tuesday night)! He picked up the ring on Monday, drove down to my parents’ house to ask my dad for permission to marry me, and slept horribly…which is why he proposed the next day at home when we were hanging out with our dog. He couldn’t stand the anxiety of waiting until the weekend!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Booking the honeymoon! Costa Rica here we come!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
My fiance is awesome and so supportive! He shares a lot of the planning responsibilities, which takes some of the pressure off of me. Plus, I plan events for a living so that helps a lot too.
What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
It is very user friendly and the design is so clean!
What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
Take your time and try to complete everything thoughtfully. Joy takes all the information you input and makes it into a beautiful website and app!
